In honor of my "Super Foods" post, our menu was as follows today:
Breakfast: oatmeal
Lunch: turkey sandwiches
Snack: bean and tomato soup (o.k., it was just a twist on my taco soup)
Dinner: I think we'll just have more of the soup for dinner!

That is awesome! You inspired me too, so we ate very healthy today as well. Breakfast: oatmeal, Lunch: organic peanut butter on whole wheat, Dinner: Tofu stir-fry with brown rice. Last week we made a commitment to stop drinking soda as well.
I love eating healthy! It makes you feel so much more better about yourself, and of course keeps the weight off. I love to get my berries in smoothies.
1 C milk
1 banana
1/2 C berries
1 yogurt
1/2 C ice
Eating healthy just makes you feel better too. Way to go Jolene
