antioxidants are cool

MOM--this post is for you! This is the list of great foods we talked about! You are doing AMAZING--keep up the great work! You are my inspiration in all good things I do!

These amazing antioxidant rich foods act as "housekeepers" in the body, cleaning up free radicals which contribute to quicker aging and disease. Eat these foods and they will keep you younger longer!
